Recently I had the opportunity to work with The Patel Conservatory here in Tampa, Florida. The Straz Center is one of the only performing arts centers in the nation with an on-site, accredited performing arts conservatory. The Patel Conservatory offers arts education courses and programs in dance, theater and music, allowing students to advance from discovery to mastery. The goals with my work here was to capture candids during the class setting for the following year's marketing materials.

2 weeks ago I had the opportunity to lead a workshop during the Hillsborough Community College's Dance Summer Intensive. The goal was to help educate the participants on topics relating to photography and it's intersection with dance. The workshop included an hour and a half presentation/discussion followed by an hour and a half photo shoot and feedback session. The positive feedback from the participants and the interaction was amazing!

Here are some photographs made during the second half of the workshop.

Some work in Ft. Worth Texas earlier this year for TBRA. Published in the Rodeo News magazine.
